Peppers Calstock is set in a private park overlooking the township of Deloraine. It is a grand, National Trust Listed mansion in the Georgian style favoured by prosperous gentlemen farmers of the colonial era.

While still part of a working farm, the house has been beautifully restored in gracious period style. Each of the spacious upstairs bedrooms has its own color scheme and decor. With more downstairs and in the two wings of the house, there are nine rooms in total.

Downstairs, an elegant hallway leads into a spacious drawing room with a marble fireplace and huge gilt mirror.

Daniel, a true French man, is a classically trained Chef with more than 25 years experiance in Hotels and restaurants in Paris, London, and California. Daniel’s extensive international career is reflected in the innovative food and wine experience where meals are served in a charming French-inspired dining room overlooking the manicured beauty of the gardens. His food philosophy is simple - using the freshest local ingredients to create a deliciously unique menu. Evenings start with pre dinner drinks and followed by sumptuous dinners served in the equally impressive dining room with its linen-draped separate dining tables. A wonderful experience!

Peppers Calstock is perfectly located to tour the north of Tasmania. 1 hour 30min from Cradle Mountain, Stanley Nut and the Tamar Valley wineries. Peppers Calstock is situated in the heart of antiques and craft country. Anglers would be challenged by rivers and lakes around the corner from Calstock, while the ladies can tour the local artists studios. Lots of pristine bush walks are only 10 minutes drive from Peppers Calstock. Voila, Cest Magnifique!!!
