Cancellation Policy
To confirm a tentative booking a 25% deposit is required within 7 days. Payment may be made by arrangement with operator via email: enquiries@launcestonselfcontained.com.au or online through www.launcestonselfcontained.com.au
In the event of a cancellation by the guest the deposit is only refundable if the property can be re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A 10% cancellation fee will then apply.
The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property.
